Common questions.

Is there a Ring app for Fire TV?
Not from Ring. Video Wall is the app, on the Amazon Appstore — install it on the device, or send it from Amazon’s website and pick your Fire TV. Open it and the screen shows an 8-character code you enter on your phone to link your Ring account.
Isn’t Ring already built into Fire TV with Alexa?
Partly, and the two work fine side by side. Alexa is for the quick peek — say the word, one camera comes up, and it closes itself a few minutes later. Video Wall is for the wall you leave on. Keep both: ask Alexa when the doorbell goes, open Video Wall when you want everything at once.
Does it work on a Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube?
Both — and on Fire TV smart TVs too: Amazon Omni, Toshiba, Insignia, any Fire TV Edition set. If it runs Fire OS and reaches the Appstore, it runs Video Wall.
My TV isn’t a Fire TV. Can I still use it?
Yes — a Fire TV Stick turns any HDMI port into a Fire TV, which is the cheapest route onto an LG, Samsung or Vizio set. The wall is identical to one on a Fire TV Cube, though the Cube holds more cameras smoothly.
